She also teaches, Zumba, Pilates, Les Mills Body Balance and Hatha Yoga (meaning "union", between body and mind. Yoga is a traditional and mental discipline orinating in India. It is a combination of Asana,"postures" & Pranayama "breath stretch". Loretta approaches fitness as an extension of the soul. Her goal is to empower women not just to look the way they want to but also to realise their true strength and potential, to understand the union of the body and mind.
Lauren Nugent is an accredited practising dietician and sports dietician as well as being a passionate foodie. She has an extensive knowledge of the role food plays in the body. She believes in the power of nutritious and sustaining foods in achieving optimal performance in life.

Trisha ORielly has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. She has been featured on numerous TV shows, involved in Master classes at home shows and Black Pearl Cooking School. Trisha is now with Southern Cross Fisheries, is responsible for looking after chefs and providing them with the freshest, local seafood.
  Tony Harper of The Wine Emporium is also a wine writer for Brisbane News. Considered to have one of Queensland's most definitive wine palates, Tony has been a wine judge at national and regional shows since 1992.

Trent Robson started his career at the Grape Wine and Food Bar in Brisbane, before becoming head chef at GB's Seafood Grill and Wine Bar. Trent worked at Two Michelin Star restaurants The Glasshouse and The Trompette. His last venture was to set up French Bistro "Belle Epoque" in Emporium, wowed the people with top-end food.
